Scott Novak, DMD
Dr. earned his BS in Biology from Western Carolina University in 1999. From 2000 to 2004, Dr. attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, achieving his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. He has followed in the footsteps of his late grandfather and dentist, Dr. Samuel Novak. Dr. Samuel Novak’s overarching goal was always to provide an exceptional dental experience for his community that would last for generations. Today, Dr. Scott Novak looks to his grandfather for inspiration, continuing his legacy of providing outstanding care to his community.
Dr. Novak spent 19 years working in large corporate dental offices, and he came to understand that these larger companies lacked a relationship-based approach to dentistry, where patients truly come first. Because of this, Dr. Novak opened Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk to promote a better, more personable dental experience. Here, he prioritizes his patients’ experiences, time, and treatments.
In his free time, Dr. Novak enjoys golf, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Sarah Oubre
Office Manger
Sarah Oubre grew up in Baton Rouge, LA, and attended Columbia Southern University in 2019 for Medical Billing and Coding. Since high school, Sarah knew she wanted to go to DA school. Her next-door neighbor was a dentist, and growing up, she shadowed his office often. Sarah has worked in the medical field since 2015, starting her career working for Dr. Glann Kidder, a TMD specialist, until 2017. Sarah then moved to work for Dr. Larry Oubre in general dentistry until 2019. She is currently the Office Manager at Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk.
Sarah’s communication skills, patience, education, and time management make her an invaluable team member. She works to ensure a safe work environment, and along with her people skills, she contributes a positive presence in the office. Sarah is likely hiking, reading, or cooking one of her favorite dishes when she’s not working at Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk. She and her military spouse have three dogs, Bailey, Reign, and Cooper.
Jennifer Muniz
Front Office Coordinatorr
A Castle Rock native, Jennifer Muniz attended Concorde Career College for Dental Assisting. Jennifer loves making people smile, and this is what convinced her to pursue her career, where she could change people’s lives for the better. Before working at Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk, Jennifer worked for Dr. David Sugyiama at Cedar Mountain Family Dentistry.
She brings a sharp focus on patient comfort and experience to our family dental office each day. Her love for meeting new people and making new connections drives her to exceed expectations and deliver exemplary customer service. When she’s not bringing smiles to patients’ faces, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, exploring all that Colorado has to offer, and baking.
Kylee Beth
Hygienist
Kylee Beth spent her childhood in Pueblo, CO. She attended Pueblo Community College, where she received her Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Dental Hygiene. Kylee knew Dental Hygiene was her dream because she always wanted to work in a field where she could help others. Her childhood hygienist was kind and gentle, which drove her to provide that same experience to patients today. Kylee started her career in Fort Morgan, where she worked for a private practice before life brought her to Castle Rock. She then worked for a practice in Castle Rock for almost six years before she made the change to Novak Dentistry at Riverwalk.
Kylee loves getting to know her patients and building relationships with them so they can trust the information, education, and recommendations she offers them. Her respect for patients and personable demeanor make her a vital member of the team. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband, family, and Goldendoodle puppy, Arlo.
